Return and Exchange Policies:

Carolina Boutique will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective full-price merchandise for online store credit within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. The original receipt and tags must accompany all returns.

Please email returns@carolinaboutique.com to request a return. The customer will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days regarding a request for exchange or return.

The following items are final sale and may not be returned for store credit or otherwise: accessories (i.e. sunglasses, jewelry, belts, scarves, hats, handbags, etc.), intimates, perfumes, lotions, candles, sale items, and special order items.

Exchanges are a final sale. Carolina Boutique has the right to refuse a return request if it does not comply with the aforementioned terms.

Online purchases may be returned via mail or directly to Carolina Boutique in Mill Valley, Ca.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, Fed Ex, or Certified USPS for your return.

If an order is cancelled before the item has been shipped out, the customer may be refunded for the item, less an 8% restocking fee. If the item is defective, the customer will be refunded for the price of the item.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Email us at returns@carolinaboutique.com to request a return. Please state why you would like to return your item.
  2. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in and enclose a copy of the original receipt.
  3. Ship to: Returns Department, Carolina Boutique, 76 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley, California 94941 within 14 days of receiving your item.
  4. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  5. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the boutique.
  6. Once Carolina Boutique receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate online store credit and send you a confirmation email with your online store credit code.

Shipping and Handling Policies:

Customer is responsible for paying initial purchase shipping and for return or exchange shipping.

No Cash On Delivery (COD).

Carolina Boutique is not responsible for damage to product during the shipping process.

Tracking will be provided for each shipment and a confirmation email from orders@carolinaboutique.com.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order to be processed and shipped.

Most orders will be shipped through UPS ground shipping unless otherwise requested by the customer. Carolina Boutique will therefore not be able to ship to PO Boxes.

The customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their online order. Customer will receive a notification of shipment email with shipment tracking details.

Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday Friday, excluding Federal holidays recognized in the United States.

Currently we do not ship internationally.
